Synphoria

A private place to talk. Yours, and only yours.

Anyone can open a chat with Sofia or Mark and just talk. It's private, and it's yours. If a company offers Synphoria to its team, that side is separate: it shows only anonymous, grouped patterns, and never a single private message.

Starting is simple: open a chat with Sofia or Mark, say what's on your mind, and pick up next time without repeating yourself. Guardian stays quietly in the background in case things get serious.

If your workplace offers Synphoria, that's a separate side of the product. HR only ever sees anonymous, grouped trends to help teams. They never see your chats, your memory, or anything tied to you by name.

What Synphoria is

For you, it's a private place to talk. You get Sofia and Mark, a memory that keeps your thread going, an optional daily check-in, and Guardian for the hard moments.

If a company offers Synphoria to its team, that's a separate side with anonymous trends and tools for HR. The two never mix: your private chats never become something your employer can read.

  • Your chat and saved context are yours to control.
  • If a company uses Synphoria, its team view is anonymous and grouped, never about one person.
  • Hiring tools help HR organise their own work; they never touch your private support.

Why Synphoria exists

People need someone to talk to long before anything official happens: after a rough shift, before a hard decision, late at night, or when you're just tired of repeating the same story.

Companies want to support their teams earlier too, but not by reading private feelings. So Synphoria keeps your side private and gives HR only anonymous, grouped patterns.

Operating boundary

The mission is only credible when the limits are visible.

01

The Privacy Membrane

The Privacy Membrane is the product rule that keeps individual support and employer-facing views apart.

A company may see aggregate Wellness trends, operational People/Calendar state and recruiting workflow material. It may not receive a person's emotional support content.

  • Employers do not receive raw Sofia/Mark conversation text.
  • Employers do not receive Memory Continuum bodies.
  • Employers do not receive Guardian case details or individual wellness scores.
  • People and Calendar show operational HR context, not private emotional inference.
  • Wellness, reports, and Oracle use aggregate, redacted, minimum-necessary evidence.
02

Guardian and safety boundaries

Guardian handles safety routing inside the support lane when risk patterns rise.

Guardian is not emergency dispatch, clinical software or a source of fabricated location certainty. Crisis or self-harm content is handled by the safety protocol first, with concise wording and deployment-specific routing.

  • Green means routine support and monitoring.
  • Amber means elevated distress and stronger stabilization boundaries.
  • Red means credible danger signals require safety-first routing.
  • Location and emergency information must never be fabricated.
03

What Synphoria is not

Synphoria is intentionally bounded. These are product limits, not marketing caveats.

  • Not therapy, not a medical device, and not clinical decision software.
  • Not an emergency service.
  • Not employee tracking or individual wellness scoring.
  • Not a full HCM, payroll, benefits, or HRIS replacement.
  • Not an autonomous hiring system.
  • Not a guarantee of ROI, savings, burnout prevention, or resignation prediction.
